Although Frank focuses on the issues facing manufacturing concerns, his client base cuts across a wide range of other industries including the wholesale, retail, professional, medical services, construction, and printing industries. In addition to providing the customary tax and financial reporting services, Frank also has extensive experience in business valuations and succession planning.

Frank joined The Innovative CPA Group in 2025, integrating with the merger of T.M. Byxbee Company, P.C. where he served as a partner since 1986. He is currently based in our Hamden office.

An enthusiastic sports fan and youth advocate, Frank has served as treasurer of numerous local youth-related organizations including The New Haven Kiwanis Club and North Branford Little League.
