With over 18 years of experience, Lauren has established herself as a leader in the accounting industry. Since co-founding the firm in 2017, she has played a key role in shaping its growth and innovation. Lauren leads the firm’s attest division and provides tax and consulting services to a range of clients. Her focus on high-quality client service and proactive business development has been integral to the firm’s success. She has also spearheaded the implementation of a paperless technology environment, showcasing her commitment to operational efficiency and sustainability. 

Lauren is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA).  Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a passionate advocate for community service and is actively involved in women’s networking organizations. In 2024, she founded Roar for The Cause, a nonprofit focused on raising funds and awareness for breast cancer in women under forty. Lauren balances her professional achievements with family, enjoying her time with her husband Tom and their three children Hailey, Tucker and Mackenzie.
