The Innovative CPA Group (ICG) is proud to recognize the outstanding community involvement of Director Cyndi Poppa, CPA, who the Derby Historical Society has awarded the David Humphreys Service Award. This honor celebrates Cyndi’s many years of dedicated service, including her contributions of time, talent, and resources to support the Society’s mission. Cyndi has been a member of the historical society for 18+ years and has served as treasurer for 12 of those years.

The David Humphreys Service Award is presented to individuals who exemplify a deep commitment to the Derby Historical Society through longstanding volunteerism and support. In addition to her leadership role with the Society, Cyndi is actively involved in several community organizations and volunteer initiatives.

Beyond her role as a Director at ICG, Cyndi also shares her expertise as an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven, further demonstrating her dedication to education and service.
