With 40 years of experience, Pam has built a strong reputation for herself and lasting relationships with clients throughout her career. She has extensive experience with employee benefit plans and also provides traditional services such as accounting, auditing, tax preparation, and advice to closely held businesses and individuals.

Pam joined The Innovative CPA Group in 2025, integrating with the merger of T.M. Byxbee Company, P.C. where she served as a partner since 1999. She is currently based in our Hamden office.

In her free-time, Pam volunteers her time as treasurer for various not-for-profit organizations. Her interests include golfing, hiking, and biking.
